THANKS TO MANY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE AND THE EFFORTS OF MANY ORGANIZATIONS, OREGON’S HB-2015 – DRIVER’S LICENCES FOR ALL – IS A REALITY!!!

House Bill (H.B.) 2015, signed into law on August 9, 2019 and effective as of January 1, 2021, provides the state’s undocumented residents with access to a non-REAL ID driver license or state identification card.

But even now we must remain on guard – the new Congress and administration are determined to restrict the ability of individual states to grant drivers licenses, and even state IDs, to undocumented immigrants!
